Toxicogenomics: Variety of Technologies for Omics Data Generation: Limits and Recommendation for Safety Evaluation of Cosmetic Ingredients
Objective
Compare three transcriptomics technologies for two chemical families in vitro to:
- Characterize each technology to allow for in-depth comparison
- Generate data on a collection of two chemical families on one cell line and three technologies
- Calculate Cmap and PoD (capitalize on ongoing project)
- Compare results: values, uncertainties, and beside data: capacity to handle and cost
